Alliance Medical Center is Windsor's federally qualified health center operating 2 clinics on Old Redwood Highway, along with two in Healdsburg. Joan Churchill is Alliance's new CEO, starting her tenure in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, of which Joan says Alliance's grit and determination from 2 fires and a flood allowed them to turn to telehealth and other innovative solutions to seeing patients in the pandemic.

Sue Labbe is Alliance's medical director and a Windsor resident, and a pediatric nurse practitioner. Sue led Alliance's transformation into the Covid world and also started its Covid-testing program.
