About Us
Food For Thought provides free comprehensive, life-sustaining nutrition services to people living with serious medical conditions and/or at risk of malnutrition and nutrition insecurity, including cancer, HIV, heart disease, kidney disease, pulmonary disease, diabetes, and pregnancy. With a core philosophy of healing through food and compassion, our medically tailored nutrition programs improve health outcomes, advance health equity, strengthen our regional healthcare safety net, and promote a ''food is medicine'' culture throughout Sonoma County.
