About Us

As a Georgetown University trained leadership coach, I provide coaching tools & services to executives at the Director to CEO level in a variety of industry sectors. My specialization is in career or life transition and my clientele is usually women who are seeking more purpose and fulfillment in their professional and personal lives. My company, Answers Within is so named because I believe that we all have our own answers to life's challenges but cannot always access that intelligence without the help and support of a coach. Through powerful questions, I help my clients reach their own answers, get "unstuck" and move forward to their next chapter. Sometimes that is a job transition, a move toward entrepreneurship, or an entirely new path that reveals itself.
