The topic this month is The Business of Women's Wellness.
Holly Sanneman is the founder of End of Endo Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals who are suffering with endometriosis. As part of Endo Project Holly is an endometriosis advocate, writer, and speaker and passionately educates the public from high school classes in California to lawmakers in Washington DC. March is Endometriosis Awareness month and at this WOW event Holly will be talking about common issues endometriosis patients face and what you need to know to support the endo warriors in your life.
Dr. Davies has worked in health care since 1996. After Dr. Davies became a Family Nurse Practitioner she decided her love of research would be well fulfilled with the Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She will hold a collaborating partnership with her patients so they find balance in their mental and physical well being.
Dr. Karissa DeRousseau is a pelvic health physical therapist, board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, and owner of DeRousseau Physical Therapy & Wellness. Dr. Karissa’s practice specializes in assisting women overcome pelvic pain and pelvic dysfunctions throughout different phases of life including: pregnancy, postpartum, peri and post-menopause. Her practice is dedicated to providing women's health services and education on conditions that are often stigmatized and under serviced in the US healthcare system. She assists her clients by bringing a holistic mind, body, and wellness approach to their pelvic healing journey and emphasizes the power of nervous system regulation for optimal healing and overall health. Dr. Karissa’s goal is to provide exceptional comprehensive care while collaborating regularly alongside other compassionate and highly-skilled local Sonoma County providers.
