Join us for the Grand Opening of the Windsor station and pathway

Join us on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 1:45 p.m. at the Windsor SMART station to celebrate the opening of this exciting new connection into the heart of Windsor.

Located just steps from the Windsor Town Green, the new station enhances access to one of Sonoma County’s most beloved community gathering places—making it easier than ever to enjoy Windsor’s shops, restaurants, and events by train. This latest addition to the SMART rail and pathway network strengthens local and regional connections while advancing sustainable transportation.  

TRAVEL BY TRAIN
This event provides a special opportunity to be among the first to ride to the new Windsor station. Attend the celebration by taking one of the train trips listed below. After the festivities, we invite you to stay and explore all that Windsor has to offer, from the vibrant Town Green to local shops, dining, and more.

We look forward to celebrating this milestone with the Windsor community and marking a significant step forward for Sonoma and Marin counties.

EVENT PARKING
Free parking is available at the station's parking lot, located adjacent to the station at 8900 Windsor Road. We kindly encourage guests to carpool due to limited parking availability.
