"IN CONVERSATION WITH" Alma Galvan and Kaela Moore
Alma Galvan is the Media and Community Engagement Lead at the Better Business Bureau, bringing nearly two decades of experience promoting ethical business practices, small business growth, and consumer protection throughout the Bay Area. She leads community initiatives focused on building trust, supporting entrepreneurs, and strengthening businesses through education, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Kaela Moore serves as CFO and Business Manager of SR Technologies, a Sonoma County-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm serving businesses throughout the region. She oversees financial operations, compliance, internal processes, and business development, with a focus on helping organizations strengthen operations, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth through strategic, relationship-driven business practices.
In business, trust is more than a value, it’s a competitive advantage.
Join us for a practical conversation about how businesses can build and protect trust, from managing reputation and customer relationships to safeguarding information and using artificial intelligence thoughtfully.
We’ll explore how AI can help businesses improve communication, respond more efficiently, understand customer needs, streamline everyday work, and deliver a more consistent customer experience—while also discussing the importance of accuracy, privacy, transparency, and maintaining the human relationships behind your business.
Attendees will leave with practical ideas for using technology and AI to strengthen—not replace—the trust they have worked to build with their customers, employees, and community.
MEMBER OF THE MONTH: Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS)
CATERED BY: Jimmy’s Lakeside Grill
Registration will remain open through the Monday before each luncheon.
Registration is required to ensure an accurate guest count for our hosting restaurant or venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Bring a Raffle Item — Increase Your Business Visibility
Raffle giveaways are a valued part of our Chamber luncheons and mixers and provide a great opportunity to showcase your business. Members who donate a raffle item receive a business mention during the event, offering meaningful exposure in a welcoming, engaged setting. Please let us know if you can contribute.
