The Book of Will
The Book of Will is a uniquely engaging story of how Shakespeare’s plays were gathered, preserved, and published after his death by his friends and fellow actors. It's a humorous and inspiring portrait of friendship, love, and the arduous task of saving the greatest plays ever written. The Book of Will received the Harold and Mimi Steinberg/American Theatre Critics Association New Play Award in 2018. "The Book of Will…unequivocally announces Gunderson as a playwright with whom to be reckoned. It is, quite frankly, one of the best plays I have ever seen. It will bring tears of both laughter and sorrow to all but the most jaded audience member’s eyes. It is, in a word, a triumph.” ?
