Demystifying the Hustle Culture

So much of Western culture glorifies the idea that “working harder” is the path to success — but many women know there’s more to it than that. However, with stress accounting for 70-80% of doctor visits, women can no longer deny that we are burning ourselves out as a culture. Any coach can tell you that working smarter is better than working harder. In this program, our local coaches offer ways to curtail the stress and burnout of the modern era helping us to be more deeply centered and intentional.

Our local coaches include Grace Brooks, Mayra Hernandez, Michelle Hardeman-Guptil, Cordelia Wolf and Lori Varsames. 


Sonoma County Women Professionals (SCWP) is a program of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce that works to connect professional women with the resources and networks they need to accelerate their businesses.
