SCWP/WCC Member: $50.00 each Registration is required for all events; if you are unable to attend, please notify the Chamber as soon as possible. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may limit the ability to register for future events. Refund Policy: Your registration helps us plan for food, materials, and venue space. Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee upon request. Please contact the Windsor Chamber office at 707-838-7285 if you need assistance. Financial Foundations for Business Growth
Strong businesses are built on strong financial foundations. Join Sonoma County Women Professionals for an engaging November luncheon featuring Jessica Dominguez of Exchange Bank, who will share practical insights to help business owners better understand and strengthen the financial side of their businesses.
From banking and lending to identifying the right financial resources, Jessica brings nearly 20 years of banking experience and a relationship-focused approach to working with local businesses. This luncheon is an opportunity to gain useful financial perspective, ask questions, and connect with other women professionals and business owners from across Sonoma County.
Jessica Dominguez is an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Exchange Bank, with nearly 20 years of banking experience. She began her career as a teller in 2007 and joined Exchange Bank in 2018. Today, she leads the St. Francis branch in Rincon Valley, where she focuses on building relationships with local businesses and helping business owners identify banking, lending, and financial solutions to support their goals and growth.
A Sonoma County native, Jessica is passionate about business development and building long-term relationships throughout the community she calls home. She enjoys working side by side with business owners—learning their businesses, identifying opportunities, and connecting them with the right financial resources.
Jessica also serves on the board of Latino Service Providers, is a member of Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary, and has been part of Sonoma County Women Professionals since its transition from Women of Windsor in 2025.
