Presenter bio:
Nuria Guerra-Jimenez is an SBDC business consultant with her own business in Elk Grove, Ca. Currently she has been assisting Better Business Bureau and CA Hispanic Chamber o f Commerce with various classes and cohorts on California Labor Laws and other HR issues. 
Nuria is a Human Resources Professional with more than 15 years of experience. She has multi-state experience but primarily focuses on California Employment laws and guidelines. Additionally, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has worked within the Construction, Finance, Restaurants, Logistics (Warehouse & Transportation) and Agriculture fields.
Nuria is very passionate about working with her Hispanic community and truly enjoys helping them get to the next level.
