Julia will be hosting a Windsor community health and business event Saturday February 20th 12:00-3:00 pm, in coordination with Acupuncturists Without Borders (AWB), called Windsor Local 2 Local.
Windsor Local 2 Local will safely provide community health while supporting local business. Julia will be sharing the details of this event answering questions in regards to who would be served, who is it for, how to participate, and how to promote your business while promoting a healthy community. Community health and business requires an “All Hands” approach with creative and collaborative solutions to allow us to weather this situation and that is exactly what we have a strategy for.
At a time when access to health care resources are in short supply and support for our local businesses that have been dramatically affected during this shelter order are in critical need, this event could not come at a more necessary time.

Dear Community of Windsor Member,
During this unprecedented time of need for both our local families and local businesses the Windsor Chamber of Commerce and Acupuncturist Without Borders (AWB) is excited to bring an event of healing and support to our community called Windsor Local 2 Local.
On Saturday, February 20th, from 12:00 pm-3:00pm a drive-thru Ear Acupressure clinic will be held in the parking lot of the Chamber of Commerce, 9001 Windsor Road, Windsor, CA 95492. As a local acupuncturist that has been operating inside of Health First Pharmacy I have been utilizing this modality to treat the trauma of fires and health crisis for over 10 years. This is a non invasive and safe way of accessing healing resources at a time when resources are at a premium for many of our families.
Normally a donation is requested per car load but in the spirit of supporting our local businesses and families a $35 gift cards/certificates to our local businesses will be appreciated and given back to families in need utilizing our local philanthropic organizations. **A donation is not mandatory for receiving treatment** and we want to make sure the word gets out to the community that this care is available.
We cordially welcome you to attend this event to both receive health, give encouragement and show solidarity by your presence, and support our businesses that have survived both natural disasters and the pandemic this last year. Windsor is a strong community grounded in love and inclusivity, and together we will weather this pandemic and strengthen where we call home. We look forward to seeing you there!
