We look forward to seeing you there!
"IN CONVERSATION WITH" Onna Young, Director of the Sonoma Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
Onna Young is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in marketing, strategic consulting, revenue growth, and lending. She has trained more than 4,000 small business clients and previously served in leadership roles with the NorCal Regional and Solano-Napa SBDCs. In this engaging session, Onna will share practical persuasion techniques that help uncover hidden motivators, overcome communication barriers, and build stronger connections with clients, employees, and colleagues. Attendees will leave with three simple, effective skills they can use immediately to communicate more clearly, build trust, and increase their influence in any setting.
