For a little more information about our Featured Guests:

Gina Fabiano is a communication manager in Northern California supports marketing and communications efforts internally and externally. Her role expands to the entire NorCal region (Humboldt to Napa), and she is the communications lead for Healdsburg and Petaluma Valley hospitals.  
  
Montse Archila is the mission leader for Healdsburg and Petaluma Valley hospitals and Physician Enterprise in Sonoma County. Her role expands from her previous work with the community focusing on health equity; diversity, equity and inclusion; and access to care for non-native speakers. 
 
Ernesto Olivares is the Northern California Regional Government and Public Affairs Manager for Providence health system. His primary role is to help deepen community connections for the ministry by coordinating advocacy and engagement opportunities at the local level throughout Providence's Northern California Region in several key areas.
