Charlene Dunlap has more than twenty years of experience in workers’ compensation claims administration. She was a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Technician at State Compensation Insurance Fund for 11 years before joining George Petersen Insurance Agency as a workers’ compensation claims administrator in 2013. A seasoned veteran in the field, Charlene has an in-depth understanding of the claims process and has previously been a member of the WCIRB’s Broker Advisory Board & the North Bay Workers’ Comp Association board.
