In addition\, Chad also oversees SCP's "Lead Locally" grant research project\, which aims to develop strategies to double energy efficiency in existing buildings. Chad previously worked in administrative management for the Sonoma County Community Development Commission\, and has over 15 years' experience in hospitality and resort development and management.\n\n\n\nScott Lawrence serves as SCP's Commercial Accounts Manager and is an advocate for our customers. He brings over sixteen years of industry experience in utility pricing and rates. He has worked to reduce commercial\, municipal\, and agricultural customers' utility costs\, successfully making sure they paid the least amount for the electricity they used. He has audited the electric charges for thousands of businesses and has worked with major national accounts to optimize their electric consumption.\n\n\n\nMark Millan is the founder of Data Instincts\, a professional consultancy specializing in public outreach for implementing recycled water projects (purple pipe & potable reuse). He has coordinated public outreach for dozens of recycled water projects throughout the United States and has advised on reuse internationally. He co-authored the Water Research Foundation's Developing Model Communication Plans for Advancing Awareness and Fostering Acceptance of Potable Reuse and was a contributing writer to the World Health Organization's Guidelines for Potable Reuse published in 2017. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for WateReuse CA. Mark has also been an elected official having served on the city council for the Town of Windsor and was Mayor in 2016.
